My Story
My name is Shane Yang, born in Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, China. I never left my hometown until high school graduation. The landscapes, food, and warm-hearted people of Hanzhong hold my fondest childhood memories.
Later, I went to university in Xi'an, leaving home for the first time. The historical depth and cultural atmosphere of the ancient capital Xi'an deeply influenced me.
After graduation, I moved to Beijing and stayed there for a whole decade. Today, I work as an algorithm engineer at TikTok, with work hours from 10 AM to 10 PM.
The demanding schedule leaves me with little time or energy for travel, but my deep love for traveling has never diminished.

Work takes up most of my time, but deep down I still yearn to explore the beautiful world. Creating this website is also about building a community platform to find like-minded friends. One day, I hope we can explore these places together and create our own stories and memories.
